I struggled with distraction and poor grades through most of high school, but I eventually learned HOW to learn through many, many hours of struggling and experimenting. Having recently graduated from UBC studying Biology and Neurobiology (including the neuroscience of learning!), I can happily say I have it figured out. A middle-aged PhD just can't understand the modern challenges students face with social media and other distractions. I will undercut and outperform them for as long as it takes to help you realise that 😊.

Sometimes. Group sessions can offer different advantages that one-on-ones don't, but I only do group sessions for students who pair well with each other and are either in the same class or at roughly the same skill level.

I teach all subjects, including IB and AP. I graduated from the IB Diploma Programme myself, so I can even offer specialized support to IB students.

I accept e-transfer, or cash payments for in-person sessions.
